Staff Clean Central location

No elevator LOL

Walking distance to Amtrak and lots of restaurants. Awesome staff; very clean and well monitored. One of the best hostels I¿ve stayed in.

Convienance

Only one entrance and exit so hallway was very cramped with people checking in and customers leaving the building very uncomfortable. Male staff was very rude. No elevator, no air conditioner, lots of stairs

Convenient and economical. Friendly staff and clientele.

Couldn't find anything to make coffee with the morning of our first stay, or a staff member to help. Had to go out to a coffee shop instead. That was corrected by the time we returned two weeks later, and found all the fixings next to the coffee pot.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Also, it's a great place to make new friends and feels safe.

If you are looking for a quite stay and sleep, it's not for you since the place has no curfew time and people party late night.

The hostel is situated in a lovely neighborhood and the location is perfect. You can get to metro station, union station, H-mart, and even downtown within 30ish mins walk. The staffs were extremely friendly. I received greetings every time I went back.

The tablecloth of the common area needs to be replaced more frequently.

Close to plenty of bars, and restaurants.

Shared bathrooms and showers was weird

Good place because metro lines and buses terminal are not far and you can go to the Loop walking.

The air conditionning did not work. We left food in the fridge, someone stole it. The fire detector of the room was out of service (on morre battery) and we had to disconnect it ourselves. They did not even give for free the bagage facility even after!

The combination of its central West Loop location and its private rooms and dorm-style communal baths makes this hostel an excellent choice for the budget-conscious traveler looking for a guaranteed good night's sleep.

Location is very close to all attractions in chicago and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Everything is good except some unclean areas.

The rooms were very clean and the staff were very courteous. This was the best value hotel that was within walking distance of most Chicago attractions.

The bathrooms and showers must be shared with everyone on the floor. Honestly, it's not that bad because most of the time they were empty.

Common areas appeared not to be cleaned regularly the exception bathroom were clean. I have stayed in hostels in UK and New Zealand, kitchen poor providing no stove or sink to wash items, cloths left dirty. Poor limited sitting area noisy at night

Wifi bareky worked I the room, had to go to hallway.
