Located on Carlyle Lake near Breese, Centralia, Highland, Aviston and Beckemeyer cities, this Illinois resort features lake access, an outdoor swimming pool, and a continental breakfast. Free Wi-Fi access and a flat-screen cable TV are provided in every room. Views of the lake or garden are provided from every room at Mariner’s Village Resort. - Can tell it?s dated but they?re in process of making updates. Also, I found it odd that everything in room was unplugged and I had to plug in what I wanted to use.
- I booked a double since I had a bike and other gear, but got a single and was still charged --- per night. That was a bit pricey for a small room. I was there for a triathlon, and the hotel was full,so I think they could have otherwise accomodated.
- Room and hallway were "under construction"...missing floor trim, etc.
