- Being on top floor. Very quiet.
- Location, close to restaurants and shopping. Plenty of parking.

Cons -
- So the whole hotel is is bad shape, the staff was very nice and helpful. The floors in our bedroom were uneven and a trip hazard as well as the hall and the hall by the elevator. The hallway had a terrible chemical smell.
- The room was not ready.
- Could not get water all the time
