- Clean Rooms with new flooring

Cons -
- Worn out appearance in the lobby, stairs, rugs, and overall feel. Poor landscaping and upkeep. The check-in and check-out were done virtually through a kiosk. Not sure that there was anyone present when we checked in. Did not feel like a 3 star hotel.
- Room 105 was gross. The walls need scrubbed with bleach. The shower curtain rod needs replaced. It has more rust than chrome. There was black mold on the wall in between the toilet and tub.
- I was told I purchased a king deluxe room but the bed in the room I was given was not a king size.
