Pros +
- Need a place to rest on a long trip. Staff at reception or professional and exceptional. Hotel cleanliness and safety are top notch.
- Convenient for me!
- housekeeping 5 stars!! Secure. Easy parking. Close to grocery & restaurants. Easy access off Interstate. All boxes checked!
Cons -
- Toilets and sink were extremely low. Difficult to get on and off of. Should have rooms that are more comfortable for taller people.
- Stayed four or five times and had no problem, this time my bathtub had no bar and in previous times never had a problem, when confronting the desk clerk he challenged me on my complaint, his attitude was very indifferent, was not happy!
- Party next to our room, woke up both my daughters. I had to tell reception to either call law enforcement or i would. They were banging on our door until 2 AM. Not happy with this location, Pool room was unusually cold due to "outside conditions"
