was an aloft hotel brand

i booked a king bed room. they said they had to give me two queen bed instead from what rhey had left (brought my dog so less space). turns out they were two FULL sized beds (even smaller). plus the tv was much smaller than a standard aloft hotel.

Location

I had the sign on my door to "come back later" the house keeper knocked on my door at 8:32am! I shot out of bed and went to the door and she was already half way down the hallway. So she woke me up, ignored the sign and took off. I was highly upset.

The beds were comfortable

Noise from other rooms and NO hot water during our stay

During booking I was told my choice included breakfast. But I was giving $10 voucher which could only buy a biscuit sandwich

The location and price

Bad Keys. I went to the lobby early one morning to get coffee. My key didn?t work so asked the girl at the front desk for a new room key. She wouldn?t give me one without my ID which was in my room - a manager wasn?t reachable to help me. Frustrated.

Very clean! Great location! Contemporary decor. Nice room layout.

The $50 hold I had to provide a credit card for. My room was paid for by the business I was traveling for.

The hotel is great. I love the staff. Location is awesome

The room that I was assigned had plastic on the window "234" Also, the patio wasn't accessible. Why is the pool table closing before the bar? Me and my friend got to the bar at 1030 and was told we could play pool because it was closed at 10 pm

The staff was great from the time we check in until the time we check out. The hotel was pretty quiet and clean. I like the location of the hotel. Lots of food choices and shopping.

The lighting in the rooms could be better. And the beds are the worst beds I ever sleep on. Hard as a rock!!! They need to better on the beds.

Would like it closer to interstate but that would not stop me from staying there

Very clean non traditional look. Unique design to the rooms. Nice selections for healthy snacks in their food ¿market¿. Staff was very helpful getting me into my room despite my early arrival.

The decor of the hotel has flair. The hotel allows pets which is a blessing for some travelers but a curse for others. There was a large dog left unattended for hours on my floor. Perhaps I should have asked for another room.

Unfortunately, the mattress was lumpy. I moved to the center of the bed to avoid the dips from body imprint.

Conveniently located for our last-minute unexpected need. Front desk staff was great.

The room toilet was not secured to the floor. The mattress felt incredibly cheap and uncomfortable.

There was no shampoo in the shower. The tube was empty and there was mold on the edges of the shower. Also online and receptionist confirmed breakfast for 2 was included and when I asked in the morning they said it wasn¿t plus that they day they didn¿t

The hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance to shopping and food venues. The hotel was very clean, comfortable beds, very nice environment to stay. The staff was professional and informational with accommodations. Highly recommend.

The hotel is so modern and clean. I was very surprised at how comfortable it was. The common area, including the lobby, was very clean and everything so modern. They even have a excellent food station and bar that's open almost all day. Rooms were perfect

The only thing I didn't like was their conditioner and body wash lol

Everything was great about this hotel except the billing process.

They racked up $300 worth of charges on my credit card that should not have even happened. Plus another $200 incidental charges for a three night stay. They seem to be finally getting these charges resolved three days After I brought it to their attention

The foyer/living room/patio/bar is lovely.

Traveling with children i left a previous reservation early due to their pool being closed, just to find out this pool was closed too.

It was very modern, colorful, fun, inviting.

Room was basic. Bathroom was filthy. There were brownish coffee stain like spots splattered on the inner bathroom door.. colored water drips. And hair...

Great location , clean and staff was very accomodsting to our request

We paid for breakfast but didnt find anything that we could eat bcuz we have been on a restricted diet. I would stay here again but would not pay extra for the breakfast
