Very clean. All rooms were big and had a kitchenette. Staff was great. Breakfast was very good. Nice variety.

Fire pit

When you advertise a hot breakfast and serve Jimmy Dean sandwiches still in the package I get disappointed spending the money. I spent on three rooms for the weekend and still have to get breakfast because the selection was terrible at your hotel.

Some of the Front Desk workers were warm and cordial. The others were cold.

Our first night we experienced cold room. The heating system in the room was not working properly. On the second day complaint was made and we were moved to another room. The first room should have been ready before we arrived.

I DID NOT LIKE THAT THEY HOLD A 75.OO CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD. NO ONE TOLD ME THIS UP FRONT. I DID NOT LIKE THE PART. BUT OTHER THAN THEN THAT/ I THINK THIS IS A GREAT HOTEL

I¿ve stayed there 6-8 times Kind of knew what to expect

I ask ahead of time lower level, nothing by stairs or elevators Checked in and they had no knowledge of my request Also with two people staying two nights why would there only be 3 towels? They don¿t pick up dirty laundry daily

I liked that I was able to cook instead of spending money eating out.

I did not like how the front desk lady felt comfortable enough to curse on the phone with me while calling down asking about the broken remote... Also, the heat did not work so we spent our night cold.

Clean, Quiet, Spacious

We loved the size and comfort of the room.

The COVID breakfast bags were not very substantial. They consisted of one prepackaged muffin and a bottle of water. A hotel that we stayed at the night before provided two hard boiled eggs, a bagel with cream cheese, and a container of yogurt.

The in-house kitchenette, spacious bathroom and sofa sleeper.

NO ROOM SERVICE

Staff was very friendly! Room was clean and spacious. Overall, exceeded expectations.

Location was not as close as we were hoping to venue but still not a bad drive.

Sound insulation between floors is terrible. Sounded like the ceiling was going to cave in most of the evening and early morning.

Stayed here multiple times and it is always consistent in rvery way.

No, the minute I walked in I wanted to stay another night just because of the appearance!

The Room very Nice and Cleaner

The bed was fantastic, cleanliness

I liked the separate bedroom and kitchenette space. The living room was big enough for us to not be on top of each other.

The couch and pillow had a smell to them, the body soap pump didn’t work in The shower and the pool was freezing then closed!

The location was excellent to get to everything.

The breakfast was not that great. The second day we were there we decided to eat at Golden Coral due to the bad quality of the food at the hotel.They allowed kids in the floor above us to run in the hallways and in their room ALL night! We called the front desk at 9:30pm to let them know about the excessive amount of running and it kept going until 2am!

Staff were accommodating and cordial. Rooms were clean and we love the breakfast. It was simple but satisfying.

The pool was not heated. We were told the heater was broken, otherwise we had a nice experience.

Breakfast was amazing!

We never received housekeeping not once, my sister stayed the same days same hotel and they received housekeeping.
