Hilton Garden Inn Bolingbrook

The location was wonderful

The beds were horribly hard. Moved from one bed to the other and was still horrible.

The hotel is immaculate! The front lobby area is simply gorgeous. Throughout the hotel the air is fresh and clean smelling. The staff is professional and inviting with their greetings.

Upon arrival I was informed two rooms were reserved and I did not agree. I shared booking information with front desk and informed it would be handled by the manager. Upon checking my credit card statement, I was still charged. Awaiting credit.

The location was great, always clean, smells great walking into the lobby, friendly staff and the room was perfect.

Didn't have daily house keeping service which was a big draw back. Did ask the hotel staff why that was and was given that I had to stay there for 4 days to get hotel service and but there is more behind this one which didn't make sense at all.

The heating system and premises were great.

The pool was murky and hot tub had floating film; room cleaing only offered on demand. Breakfast price went up on weekends for same meal, and I didn't like not being able to serve myself.

Our room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was spotless. Staff was friendly and courteous. Overall, a beautiful hotel. We will definitely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn again when in the Bolingbrook area.

For the quality of the hotel, I would have expected a complimentary breakfast. We had to pay for it.

the only thing I can think of is, I wanted to add an extra room, there should be a discount on the room when it is 5:00 in the afternoon, and you know you will not sale all your rooms. I shouldn't have to go online to get a discounted price! Ms. Robin

The very clean and great staff

My room 423 only had sheer curtains did not get any sleep all night 5:30 in the morning sun coming in no sleep and I had to work the next day

The breakfast was to expensive and it was confusing too

I wasn'tin the room spent day & evening @ hospital,but was able to get 6 hours sleep during each night of my 3 day stay.

The initial desk clerk when checking in, did greet me as a HHonor member, however the rest of the stay staff was'n friendly, under the circumstance of my visit not considerate. I traveled to Illinois as my sister had open heart surgery.

Clean and modern room. Great check out time. And 3pm check in perfect. Staff was friend and prompt.

The hotel was located near some good eating spots and was close to the highway leading into downtown Chicago. The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful.

No major dislikes about the hotel. I had a very comfortable stay.

Everything was great. Except for the drip in the bathroom.

A small leak coming from the vent above the toilet. Not a steady leak but a constant drip drip drip which made for an uncomfortable time while sitting. We didn't check in until late and didn't realize it until getting ready for bed about 11:30.

I loved everything about it. Beautiful lobby/bar/restaurant area, nice big room that was very clean, friendly staff. Very nice.

Some of the guests in pool were very ignorant like they owned the pool and wouldn't let anyone else in

Beautiful presentation when you walked into the building. My room wasn’t ready when I arrived. I was told I would have joined rooms which I did not, we were told they had breakfast in which they DO NOT, my bathroom didn’t have hand soap, the wall was peeling. There was garbage under the a/c unit. And blood stain or something on one of the pillows.
