The hotel had a pool and hot tub and breakfast

So when we checked in I asked if I could add another night to check out Saturday afternoon they told me yes than the next day told me they had no more room available even though I put in a reservation at the front desk.

Friendly check in, great location, great value

There was no breakfast at all. No sign why nothing. It was advertised comes with hot breakfast.

cleanliness was wanting. Illinois depatment of housing should check because having one outlet out of a pair of two not working is a electrical issue thereby being a safety issue

The curtains in our room were ripped and stained. They wouldn't let our grandkids use the pool. Breakfast selection very poor.

Staff at check in , Hotel employee , is always friendly and inviting

I wish they brought back their hot breakfast items, not just the waffles. And fresh fruit would be nice, bananas, oranges, apples etc

How clean the rooms are

I just wish they served hot breakfast instead of the small muffins and cereal they should switch to hot breakfast asap

Our closet door was put on weird, would of liked the closet near the bathroom

The hotel is a little awkward to get to.

It was convenient to my family embers whom I was visiting.

I requested a wake up call but the staff had not set the clocks back or the end of day light savings so I was awakened an hour earlier.

Great location near interstate. Area appears safe. Near the interstate.

Vending machines/ice machine broke. Pool area not very clean. Breakfast sparse with many items not available. Room interiors and interior carpets were dingy/worn/old . . . updates needed. Exterior landscaping needed work. Overall, not worth the money.

The location was conveient. The beds were clean and comfortable. The pool was well maintained.

Bad electrical could not use my hair dryer and Lights flickered. Very dated and falling apart Key cards had to be changed every night Breakfast was waffle,2 cereals and old cream cheese Danish.

Website showed eggs for breakfast and they only had waffles. I can't eat waffles.
