Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Bolingbrook - Romeoville, I-55

It was a place to lay my head for the night and the AC worked great.

There wasn’t anything to dislike it’s a refurbished building. So typical wear and tear. However, the corners of the room were clean.

The room was awesome. King bed was very comfortable. Had a microwave and refrigerator too.

I think the light over the bathroom mirror was too dim . Hard to see your face for close shavings.

The staff was pleasant and accommodating.

The hallways were not vacuumed … definitely made me nervous on the way to our room. The room itself was fine, except no walk in showers … had to step over into a tub.

The room could have been cleaner and definitely the hallways could have been cleaner

The breakfast was ok, very good chocolate chip cookies and the room was very clean and hotel was quiet

The drain didn’t stop up so I could take a bath and the location being by the highway, you hear the traffic

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast was very good.

Ice machine Pool looked nice couldn’t get it to be experience

Overflowing garbage bins, empty water bottles left in common areas, contact lens stuck on our foot in room, signs that you cannot bring breakfast food items to your room, no toilet paper in lobby bathroom. Alerted front desk but nothing done about it.

The bath was clogged and water didn't go away. Shampoo and shower gel tubes were either empty or was broken so I was not able to squish anything from those tubes. Not that level hotel to charge so much.

Good location. Quiet hallways

Pool was not open. Close to the main road so very noisy when trying to sleep.

There was no continental breakfast. The manager said they were short-staffed and the food was not delivered.

Breakfast was not good... juice was watered down and no hot food was available when we where down there.

Did not get the room I paid for or an price adjustment. Housekeeping took dirty towels and said to get towels from front desk. Front desk couldn¿t give me towels because they were being distributed by housekeeping. Wth? So they gave me old thin pool towel

No microwave in room, pool was closed, bathroom door don¿t lock, keys for room didn¿t work,

No hot water breakfast was not good and no coffee or juice

Clean and good location

The remote for the TV was not working. When I called to the front desk, she told me that I needed to come down and get the batteries. As a paying guest in an establishment, I don't why the guest has to be inconvenienced to remedy the problem.

Friendly staff. Clean room comfortable bed. Privacy

Breakfast was ok. Wish there was more options. No bacon? This breakfast needs bacon made to order.

Breakfast was almost non-existent. It shows that there should have been some hot breakfast options - even during COVID with a "grab and go" but there wasn't. Juices, cereal, and a few pastries.
