The lady at front desk was rude ignorant didn?t even stay ended up leaving

It was closest to my destination at that location.

The room was presumably clean for the most part. There were an unsettling number of flies in the room which were trapped in the window between the screen and the window (which prevented opening the window itself. The lighting situation was a little odd.

Great customer service people, and good simple breakfast.

In the last 2 months, I stayed a few times, and was given the same small room on 2nd floor near the elevator. Why? I don't know. I would like the hotel to update their older flat-screen TV with bigger screen flat-screen tvs, and hotel would be perfect ¿

Quiet and clean. Staff was nice, especially Valerie who checked me in. Breakfast was good but there was no fruit

Shabby, baseboards missing in hallways, furniture old. Shower handle was temperamental and had to be in a certain position for hot water

I did not like anything about the Ramada. The staff was rude and kept interrupting me the continental breakfast was absolutely horrible. I will never go again.

room cleanliness. furniture worn and damaged. bathroom was moldy... walls and corners.

They didn't say they were taking a deposit oit of my bank account but did anyways. A heads up would have been nice. Then they didn't refund the deposit. I consider this theft. I didn't do anything to their room, and the door wouldn't even shut properly.

It offered free breakfast,asked what time breakfast was offered when we checked in 6:30-9:30.when we came down for breakfast,we were handed a brown paper bag that had a disgusting snack for 1..No breakfast..not enough towels for2 other prob;ems also.

Misrepresented on your website. Breakfast area closed, elevator may need some repair, hallways needed to be cleaned, parking lot is in disrepair and the lobby is a mess. Ended up cancelling stay and went somewhere else. Had to pay more money.

Thw hotel let people in that smike and smoke drug. It to many young people staying at the hotel. And the cleaning lady just came in my room with out checking to see did I check nthat wasn't safe. I through someone was breaking in.

Staff was excellent! Pool warm, which was a great touch.

Hotel overall was very tired. I did not look at the star rating when booking. Staff was Incredible and hotel is being renovated, but price seemed high for the condition of the lodging...

Relatively close to where I was playing in a pickle ball tournament for the weekend . I enjoyed the pool and the hot tub along with the breakfast in the morning

I did not like the fact that my shower and bathtub did not work at all . I did not like that there was a water leak under my sink in the bathroom rotting out the cabinet and water being on the floor

Everything. It was dirty and the security lock on the door was broken. Every piece of furniture in the room was knicked damaged or scratched. Hair on the bed and toilet was not installed correctly crooked horrible. Do not stay here.

There was dirty towels in our room. The sheets were ripped in multiple spots on the bed. The shower had not been cleaned. The room smelled of mildew. When I told the staff about the issues at checkout, the girl rolled her eyes and said "oh".

Price, location, and handicapped accessible room.

The lights above the bathroom mirror did not work. When I flipped the switch, I saw a spark, so I think there might be a short in the wiring at the switch.

Ease of check in.

There was pee from previous guest(s) on the base of the toilet seat. The Bed spread was stained. Needs alot of updates all over the entire hotel. For the price - it was "just okay" we were only there for a few hours. But the experience was horrible.

I've stayed a inexpensive hotels in the past. Inexpensive should not mean dirty or unkempt. There was a full set of eyelashes on the phone, a hole in the floor, trash on the floor when we arrived. Several guests were complaining of bedbugs.

For the location of the hotel it was extremely quiet the whole time we were there. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The location was not in a very good location with the interstate and truck stop next door. I would not want to stay there by myself.
