- Jacuzzi was down. It was cold on first floor while trying to eat my breakfast. Maybe for the parking lot, when it's snowing, it's a problem
- When checking in finding out no pool and no hotTub , ran out of gas on grillWhileMaking Christmas dinner no backupGas tank
- The entire wing our room was in stunk something horrible, our room stunk really bad and upon leaving the stink "stuck" to us and we could smell it for the remainder of our 5 hour drive. The smell was a mixture of ethnic cooking and mold. Also they were not transparent about the pet fee, and we were hit with extra charges at check in that were not disclosed.

The staffs are nice, room was nice and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was great.
The entire wing our room was in stunk something horrible, our room stunk really bad and upon leaving the stink "stuck" to us and we could smell it for the remainder of our 5 hour drive. The smell was a mixture of ethnic cooking and mold. Also they were not transparent about the pet fee, and we were hit with extra charges at check in that were not disclosed.
