Pros +
- It is very close to the airport
- Staff was friendly and room was clean.
- The location was great. Right off the highway, and on the way to the Allstate Arena.
Cons -
- The front desk person working on weekdays in the morning shift was not friendly. They could use someone with a little more friendly, polite, welcoming attitude.
- One staff was rude at the desk. I was afraid to ask anything to her. Also I asked to check in early due to my flight being early they said they would put a note and try to help me during the checkin. When I arrived the hotel, they said they couldn?t help.
- I stayed here hoping to use their airport shuttle service, however they only send a shuttle to the airport two times a day!!??? A bit disappointing seeing its proximity to O?Hare and them having four shuttles parked in the parking lot.
