- Room was clean and comfortable. The room was a little aged but as i said clean. The location was good from the downtown as we were doing the haunted Alton tour. If you are visiting downtown which is cool you would be a few miles from some interesting things. The staff were very nice. The price was about as expected and worth the stay.

- Pool was the entire reason we booked the weekend and it was “under maintenance” and the sign looked old so the pool has been closed a while and no notice about it. This was the #1 selling point. Also I needed two queen beds and Ashley was not able to accommodate us. She me I had to call booking service to change it. I never got a hold of anyone and Ashely wouldn’t budge. She told me I could cancel but we were there for a wedding on Valentine’s Day weekend and of course would have been charged a night that anyway. I could not find another hotel to stay in last minute. Also for the room, I was quoted $389 for the weekend and Ashely said they are charging me $538.00! I work in customer service and she was awful. Customer service 0/10
