A/C unite not operating properly room felt muggy , stuffy, humid

Location and very well maintained.

Add cooked eggs for breakfast. Put some benches or a picnic table for the smokers.

Room are comfortable

Property need more cleaning , the carpet in the hallway have more stain the wall need new paint , outside the building lots of cigarette in the parking lot they should have proper designated place outside to smoke

Parking lot pot holes , pictures were deceiving , smell , elevator is smaller than a standard closet , no real security as you can walk in and out of any door without using your room, breakfast options are horrid. There’s a $100 deposit required cash/card

That they take your money and wont let you stay nd and lewont give you a refund. Very rude

The hotel is dirty. They do not allow animals to stay in first floor rooms, which is illegal.

Please look at survey . Breakfast was not refilled, AC did not work the first night, they gave me 3 different rooms when I checked in that problems. They did not clean the room one night.

Reasonably priced & satisfactory location for my needs.

Oh yes! Internet, tv, staff, shower, and weak breakfast

The tv sucks looked all snowy and I told them they never fixed it

I had to check out on Friday because the hotel was too smoky smell like marijuana and cigarette smoke. I asked for a refund for Saturday since I was checking out Friday and they were not granted can you please look into this for me. I had young kids.

They had hot water for shower

1)I was there a week and they cleaned the room twice 2)Never brought clean towels 3)Heater didnt work 4)Roof in hallway falling apart 5)Water presure was horrible 6)When we complained they said it doeant matter we were leaving anyways.

It was nice and quiet, staff was very friendly, and the price was very reasonable.

It would¿ve been nice to have had a microwave and a little refrigerator in the room. I was also informed when I arrived at the hotel that I would need to pay an extra refundable $100 deposit ¿ ¿ I wish that had been stated more clearly upfront.

The hairdryer in my room did not work. The hotel doesn¿t make the deposit clear before booking. Many people were complaining at the front desk over the deposit.

It was handy to everything that I was going to.

It was typical for a two star hotel. There were two foreign women behind the desk checking us and another couple in. They were busy talking to each other in a different language instead of engaging with the customer. We were an inconvenience.

Was disappointed that they did not clean my room daily and provide clean towels, and I specifically asked them to do it, then when I went for clean towels they gave me only 2 cause they said laundry wasn¿t done yet like seriously

That¿s okay hotel was nice not any major issue overall everything was good price location room parking. Thanks

One missing thing I will remind you was coffee

Hotel bathroom was dirty, no microwave or refrigerator and staff refused to provide clean linens supplies or anything else too remedy the situation

Free breakfast over at 9:00, not 10 as listed. No shuttle service to airport as advertised. Had to ask for toilet paper as roll in bathroom almost diminished. Found some kind of pill on desk. Many plug-ins didn¿t work.
