Pros +

Our room was beautiful, clean, and exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, and the continental breakfast was exceptionally good.
The room was great. Loved the extra space. Loved the pool, hot tub, gym, & breakfast was better than normal continentals.
Location and amenities

Cons -

Our room was not clean, which was apparent from the dirty glasses, unvacuumed floor, and hard water stains all over the shower door.
Was not informed about the pricey dog fee of $75 per. More than I have ever paid anywhere. Plus they didn't give a doggy bag with treats & poop bags like other hotels. Another downside, there is no grass anywhere. Only gravel & my dog likes grass & bushes
They came in my room even though the privacy lock was on and the do not disturb sign was out. I had booked an extra night and some how that got lost in translation and they broke into my room even though I was paying a lot a night. This not have happened.
