Very clean and staff was very friendly
Nothing is was filthy noise and the staff are dishonest schisters
Price and location compared to those in the town Lava Hot Springs (20 minutes away). Room 4 is awesome. Room 11 was so tiny you couldn't walk past the bed.

Cons -

Room was very small and could hear alot from other rooms.
The room was filthy the refrigerator was broken the towl bar was broken and they accused me of damage I DID NOT CAUSE
This is about Room 11. Room 4 was a 4 star room. Room 11 is a 1 star at best room. The bed was so hard one of us slept on the floor because it was softer. There was a knocking noise about every 20 seconds that continued throughout the entire night.

Cheap.no bugs

Inside looks better than the outside. Walls are super thin. Thermostat is controlled from the office not your room.
