- All staff were courteous and customer oriented
- The staff was excellent. Very friendly, helpful. Only once did I feel weird about the front desk staff deciding to walk opposite me when I took my dog who turned out to be ill to relieve herself at 2:35am.

- Very dingy room. Carpet is very old and gross. Bathroom is gross. Mold on walls.
- The amount of times it took to unlock my door, being so close to the breakfast area and front desk as well as the person in the room above me since they were extremely loud during quiet hours(11pm-6am)
