The keycard didn’t work several times had to change rooms then had to walk back downstairs with full arms of gear

They were able to give us a different room. But ice machine was out on our floor.

When we arrived, we arrived to fresh blood all over the bed. There were people in the driveway clearly on drugs. People in the hallway on drugs, and people in the elevator on drugs. It smells like cigarette smoke in the entire building.

Leaving

All of it the room was atrociously dirty and crack in the door frame that you could see through. The pool was green and was no breakfast as promised overall the worse hotel we have ever stayed in left early for another hotel

Hotel is dated but adequate for one night

The outdoor pool

They did not give me the room. I reserved instead. She decided upon herself to give me a different one and the front desk. Lady, who was I believe the manager of me? It was not, it's a professional at all about an issues that have happened.

The smell, non cleanliness disrepair remote for tv didn?t work

entered our room without notifying either adult in the room, after both adults stated we didn't want room service. After speaking to the hotel owner, was told they had to change furniture in the room and only had 1 day to do this.

The biscuits and gravy was a nice surprise.

The smell of stale urine wasn?t fun, but drug addicts next to me and alcoholics above me made it impossible to sleep through the night.

Elevator was slowe

Staff was friendly and helpful.

Rooms had old cobwebs and thick dust on the walls. Room had no soap, coffee, or coffee cups. Street noise on one side of the building, and train noise right outside on the other side, during the night. Deadbolt did not work on the room door.

Given the delapidated building... the rooms were clean bed was comfy.

is an older hotel, bit dated. air conditioner wasn't quite powerful enough for the size of the room.

Main street on one side, railroad tracks on other side there was a natural gas outage (out of their control) but didn't notify me of situation. Really hated the ice cold shower in the morning

The staff was pleasant and the check in and out process was easy.

Toilet flushed slow, water in shower not hot, hot tub jets barely worked, finish of shower walls peeling, smelled like old smoke, ice machine didn't work, bedspread/skirts with stains, nothing like the pics online, not worth $---night.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our view off the river. The breakfast was great. Biscuits and gravy, boiled eggs, yogurt, waffles, cereal and more.

Only found a working ice machine on the second floor but that wasn't a big deal.

Convience

No parking couldn't find room for my pickup had to park a block away. Run down. People smoking outside door.

The staff was kind and polite

The room smelled like mold and in morning the eggs weren't cooked

Quality not as promised - dirty, bed unmade, air conditioning unit not sealed to wall (could see through it). Hot tub was broken, even though staff said it was fixed and heating up. Did not honor their refund policy stated on their website.
