Pros +
- Front desk staff was nice and accommodating. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Mostly quiet, minus upstairs noise.
- Clean and functional room.
- The room was clean and it was in a convenient location
Cons -
- Hot breakfast is a big selling point for me. Breakfast was supposed to be served from 6-9am. At 8am, there was nothing but cereal and toast. Not even batter for the waffle maker. No juice, and both ice machines were out of order. Total letdown.
- The phone did not work, the TV did not work properly, the shower sprayed water all over the toilet area and made it very slippery and messy. The continental breakfast was subpar subfar, and a lot of starch at virtually no protein no bacon,sasage or eggs
- I was baited and switched for hotels
