The tv and clock didn¿t work and the bathtub was really slippery. They need bath mats or some sort of application to the tub surface.

Price, free breakfast, proximity to parks better than many other options, friendly & helpful staff. Quiet & clean -a bit dark- in rooms & outdated.

Too dark in rooms !

It was clean and convenient, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It met our expectations for the price point.

Could not shut off the hot water tap in the shower, dripped all night! Hotel staff said they couldn¿t do anything about it. Other rooms leaked too.??

I was looking for an affordable family friendly location near the Tetons and Yellowstone, and I must say this was perfect! We had a blast sleeping in a wagon. The views were spectacular and the stars were unreal! Stunning and so fun! It’s a horse Ranch.

We wished they provided some sort of free breakfast. Our heater was out of propane, so the first night was super chilly in the wagon. We got that changed out for night 2, and it made a tremendous difference. No one was cold. We are from Denver.

I most liked that they used real plates and flatware in the breakfast room. It not only is nicer for the guests, but produces less paper and plastic waste for the environment! Room was large and functional as well as the bathroom area.

Needs more comfortable chairs in rooms. My back hurt from them. Also, this is a small town and the grocery store and pharmacy and pretty much everything is closed on Sunday.

Good location

Very poor lighting and ventilation, only one very small window on the west side, the east side window looked out on the hallway so I couldn't leave it or the curtain open.

Good location coming from yellowstone park. Room was clean and breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly.

The room was very warm. No A/C started before our arrival even though we booked days in advance. Hallways smelled funny - needed a shampooing. No elevator for older family members.

I enjoyed the staff and the room was a decent size. Nice view.

good breakfast, quiet area. Staying in small town Driggs is nicer than staying in Jackson.

Large Clean room, nicely furnished, very close to the park

The room was large and clean.

The hotel looked pretty dated from the outside - gray vinyl siding. And it was in a small town with nothing much to do or see in the town. I would rate the room a 3 star, but the hotel overall a 2 star.

Easy to find, though a ways from Yellowstone National Park, it was relatively close to Teton National Park.

Only two of us and when my husband went to shower there wasn't any hot water.

This is not the hotel what we know as Best western. The room was not all clean and it was stinking. Staffs behavior was not at all good.

Staff is horrible, refused to help when we booked a king size bed by mistake. Refused to provide roller beds or any bed sets for us when requested.
