the desk was great! Helpful in every way. Food suggestions as well as things close to do and driving directions to save time and parking .

The workers all had great customer service. The room was clean and I love that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

Cons -

No shampoo in the room and forced to take out trash before checkout or charged a fee.
There was never anyone at the front desk. There were not enough towels and not set out when I asked for them. You should advertise this as a week long stay place, not a hotel, no service like a hotel for the price. Will not stay here again.
$--- per night, no soap, no shampoo, no in room coffee. Plus, I was supposed to take out my own trash! NO WAY! I will never stay at this chain again!
