it was clean. breakfast was fine

30 minute check in process. booked 2 rooms and didnt have 2 rooms available. second couple had to upgrade rooms at an extra expense to them. Currently paid for 3 rooms but only used 2. staff was unprofessional

It should be a one-star review because of some major issues when checking in. Instead, it gets 5 stars because of how desk agent  handled the situation. She maintained a positive attitude and fixed everything. Plus, it was only her 3rd week on the jo

Just as I arrived, the computer system suffered from a nationwide shutdown. Could not check in for 1+ hrs. and when we finally did, the room was only 1/2 cleaned. Desk agent Liz went above and beyond and did all she could to make things right.

Pleasantly surprised! Friendly staff, extremely clean, comfortable bed, and tasty breakfast. Unlike most hotel rooms, the lighting was not dim so you could see just how clean it was. It's dated but that beats renovations that increase the price.

There was plenty of parking that was close to our room. The rooms were clean and there was a nice breakfast set up.

Toilet clogged. Heater was very noisy. We were supposed to be on the 1st floor poolside but instead we were on the 2nd floor. Wasn't worth the $---/night I paid.

Didn't even stay there you sold us room that didn't exist. Multiple rooms overbooked and just took our money. I work for NCAA and travel every week.

The hotel was reasonably clean, provided breakfast and had a pool and hot tub. Our stay was out of necessity, not a vacation. We needed a hotel in that particular location for those particular days.

We had 2 rooms. One room we discovered the 2nd day of our stay had a door that did not lock. Despite telling 3 different hotel staff and them trying to reprogram the door lock, it never did work. We had to switch rooms.

Location was good. The pool and hot tub were nice, but it was really hot in the pool area.

The room wasn¿t very clean. It had lotion and bar soap but was kissing shampoo and conditioner. The room also didn¿t have any Kleenex either bit was still empty from the past guests. Overall, not bad but just needs a little attention to details!

Clean and great location for Webster City

For a day and a half, there not only was no wifi, but also no television service in the rooms. I understand that sometimes things happen, but the length of time without service seemed very excessive.

Good Breakfest and clean.

Our room was a non smoking room but it smelled musty and smokey.

Staff was helpful. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was satisfying. Beds are comfortable.

coffee is NOT a continental breakfast! Even with covid they could try a bit on the breakfast or dont advertize a breakfast.

Friendly desk staff, good typical breakfast offerings, parking, comfortable bed. Hot coffee always available in lobby area. Room had a luggage rack, which I appreciated.

Needs K-cup coffee makers in the rooms.
