Clean and friendly

The hot water temperature you could only take a shower for five minutes in the water would start getting cold. Did tell the front desk about that.

sink wouldn't drain tv was hard to use - I had them help get it turned on, but then when I tried to turn it on later, I couldn't do it. breakfast was prepackaged muffins and sad.

It was conveniently located and comfortable for the cost.

We were on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator.

The bath tub didn¿t drain, there was hair in the tub. The sheets were not the best. Could of had more for breakfast beside just cereal. No cream for the coffee.

The room and bed were ok

Coffee, milk, muffins and cereal was all they had with little selection on the muffins or cereal. I was told the place was full but there was only 6 cars in the lot compared to the number of rooms for two floors.

Overall, it was a decent room.

The price was a little high but that¿s expected near Lake Okoboji during the summer. The Air conditioner was noisy but I figured out how to put it on sleep mode and economy mode.

Room wasn't cleaned very well and the bed sheets had several really bad stains on them. We had a sheet with us and used it on top of the bed. Terrible even for the price!!

Room not very clean and bed sheets were terrible!!! The breakfast was a joke!

wifi was worthless, room phone was just a prop, and it was obvious a guest was smoking in their room as soon as i walked up the hall

Location

I don¿t think the room was cleaned from the previous guest. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and in the tub. The toilet had poop stains in it and the carpet was obviously not vacuumed in a while.

Clean rooms! Awesome for late night check ins! Looks recently remodeled! Awesome stay!

Could use better breakfast options

The hotel was 8 minutes from the Clay Co. Fair grounds. Staff were very friendly

The floor in our room was horribly dirty. Not vacuum and felt,in spots,as if something had been spilled and not cleaned up, almost a sticky feeling. The check in area and eat in area where dirty and cramped. We didnt eat breakfast there due to this reason

Close to front, they allowed me first floor, there was a recliner I did not expect. Strong shower head & water pressure. Breakfast was just enough variety, kept hot & kept out for a longer period think was convenient. GREAT front desk clerk

Clearly the bath & Shower had been renovated at some point but rather sloppy above the shower liner. Water in shower was drippy upon exit. Might have seen bugs...

Location.

There was a dirt boot print on the sheets when we pulled them back. There is no way those sheets were laundered. When I checked out the girl had four friends sitting in the front lobby just hanging out with her. She also couldn't tell me what I paid!!

It was easy to get to and a very reasonable price

The coffee was good

It had a very depressing vibe. It was very outdated. The bed was very uncomfortable. The room smelled musty. Spend the extra few bucks and stay at the days inn across the street.

Close to Walmart and restaurants

No pool. Not much for breakfast

The hotel was updated in pretty colors.

Piling sheets. Some yellow towels along with white towels and super rough. The sink fixture has been scratched to death. So gross. There was white splatters all over the inside of the bathroom door and wall.

Honestly we were not at the hotel long. We were in town to attend the Clay County Fair so we only really slept and left. It certainly served its purpose.

If we had planned for a longer stay I don't think I would have chosen this hotel as there is no pool. It is a smaller hotel but it seemed well kept.

This facility is obviously dated.

Manager claims there was a dog in the room and there was not. The charge was delayed but this is one way to charge an extra $25.00 for the so called "deep cleaning" required.

We were on the ground floor = no stairs or elevators. : )Fairly quiet.Firm beds.Clean room.

Not a lot of parking.Small breakfast area.
