My room had both internal and external doors. Made getting to and from my vehicle so so much easier
close to where we needed to be
Definitely how clean it was and the friendliness of the staff One of our favorite places we have stayed.

Cons -

Would have liked to have had biscuits and gravy
the tv was not fully plugged in and operational. We have to figure it out ourselves.
Not one thing that needed improving!!!

Clean, Comfortable, decent breakfast with several choices, polite and helpful staff. We would stay there again.

No elevator. Only one ice machine on the first floor which can quickly become taxing when your room is in the middle of the second floor and parts of you don't work as well as they did 30 years ago.
