The woman at the front desk is so kind!

The pool room is terribly hot at a temperature set at 88 degrees. Very uncomfortable in the room unless in the pool.

The staff was super friendly and assisted multiple times right away when we needed help. Breakfast was great and pool was great!

Our first room had a toilet that would not flush right, after multiple plunger attempts, the hotel staff moved us rooms.

The bed was broken on one side mattress completely sunk in and we had to get new room keys multiple times due to the room readers didn?t work outside side door reader was broken. Sketchy part of town watched a man get arrested right outside the door

the location was close to where I needed to be for business and for local food options since I am from out of town.

Was under construction and parking navigation was tricky at times and drilling going on after 7 pm within the hotel itself but manageable.

Close proximity to locations I was interested in & I was able to b on the main level which was gd for the knees

Need to vacuum the rug a little better especially the edges & corners

Location and clean.

Bed must be replaced due to part of the internals missing, which resulted in a large part of it being caved in. This was a terrible experience. Breakfast wasn't being attended or replenished. I explained the bed issue; they said that sucks. Well obviously

All the staff we encountered from front desk, to house keeping, and those who served breakfast were friendly. Very clean hotel and they allow animals for an additional fee. They also had a nice variety for breakfast items.

Staff had a problem upon check-in and left us waiting after long trip and very tired with my elderly mom.

Clean, modern appealing property right downtown. Seemed quiet and safe. Good breakfast. Easy to find and to return to the hiway the next day. Didn't use the pool but it looked fine. Our stay was relaxing.

The breakfast was pretty good though.

We arrived close to midnight and the staff seemed irritated and cranky.

Clean room with decent continental breakfast. Staff were kind and helpful!

I was diagnosed with a UTI just 3 days after using the in-room whirlpool. There were holes in the wall by the air conditioner. The toilet leaked. Quite frankly, this was the worst way I could have spent my wedding night.

Location, cleanliness.

The heat did not work in my room. It was late & I did not ask for another room or repair. I told the clerk the next morning so that it could be fixed for the next guest. Her response when I told her about the heat was, ¿oh Shucks¿. No sorry or thank you

The room smelled so bad and musty moldy that we walked in looked around at how clean it was not and left. I was going to talk to them at the front desk about it when we were leaving but couldn¿t even find an employee

I can't complain about anything in the control of the establishment. Employees were very accommodating and the room was perfect for us. Would stay again

No gym but that's ok

Renovation underway but that's understandable.

Not a big choice for breakfast.

There was an order to the room, I suspect the carpet needs cleaned.
