It was close to my son’s location

There’s no elevator. The room’s carpet needs to be clean and the bathroom needs to be better cleaning

Tv didn?t work, no hot water, and room phone was not working.

The bed was nice.

The pool and jacuzzi were not available and the computers did not work. I will not stay there again.

There was someone available to check us in at 3am

One room was changed from 2 queens to king suite which was great. Except there was no extra bedding for the pull out bed so it was useless. The other room smelled like someone was smoking outside and the smoke was coming straight into the room.

Location.

Room was not clean. 2 different socks from previous guest under curtains. Dusty areas on table tops.

They should have put on their website that the pool and workout room was closed. Rooms need updating and better lighting. Shower safety bar was very loose.

Hotel employee at Registration desk was nice and helpful.

It really was dirty. Hair all over the bedspread. The phone was filthy. The cord for the blow dryer was disgusting.

Price

Poor breakfast. Poor lighting. Poor restaurant choices (not motel fault).

Didn't get room I expected.. Hot thin was covered all weekend.. Pool was freezing cold

We arrived late. There was someone at the front desk welcoming us. There were cookies, fruit and lemon water available 24 hours a day. A nice treat after a long drive. The bed was very comfortable. The room was large and comfortable.

The breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety (sausage, eggs, toast, bagels, waffles, yogurt, etc.) The beds were very comfortable.

It would be good to have a bell or something at the front desk for when staff steps away. I stood around for a little while waiting for somebody to come the morning that we left.

We didn’t even get to stay. We got there to check in and they said they didn’t have any clean rooms.

The staff were very friendly.

The hotel was located in a good place of where we had to go.

No. Everything was fine.

Pool not working ,bath tub was clogged, room smells like smoke.I had my kids with me and I expected a room that is smoke free it was like we were all smoking in the room.The staffs were nice though.

Laundry stopped working in the middle of wash cycle so the front desk has to put it in the industrial hotel machine to finish washing and drying, pool was dirty, appliances in the room was dusty, an we were placed in a room that was in the hallway next to a door so everytime ppl came in or ledge we would hear it an feel the door slam..

Beds were very comfortable, room...

Would not want to stay in room 129 again because you hear everyone who uses the entrance at that end of the hall on both floors.
