- friendly staff, pool and hot tub
- Love the location for our Clear Lake activities. Very clean! Friendly staff!

Cons -
- The Staff was not very welcoming, the spa was "closed", and the heater made a noise like a door creaking open when it shut off. I wish I had selected the "constant" mode before going to bed!
- Wish there was scrambled eggs or mini omelet and sausage or bacon would have been better for breakfasts
- The sheets had a very strong bleach odor. I am sensitive to this but my nightclothes still smelled of bleach after returning home. Also there was no bar to hold onto to step into shower/tub.
