dog friendly and good breakfast I loved the big bathroom with the nice shower. My bed was very comfortable.

the hot tub was out of order

it was a nice modern hotel. staff were friendly. location was easy to navigate to.

Room itself was not clean: nightlight in Bathroom was out, countertops were dusty(wiped down myself, coffeemaker but no coffee(had to go to the frontdesk to get), several breakfast items were not available 2 mornings in a row. expected more for the $$$

How big the room was

No premade oatmeal, but oh well and didn't receive $50 charge from the hotel for incidentals back on card yet.

Room was very clean, bed comfortable, quality breakfast selection, GREAT COFFEE, big plus++++our fur babies were allowed!! Thank you Hampton In. & Suites!!!

Location was great - in the middle of Mason City and close to restaurants, shops, grocery stores and local places of interest

No Iron or ironing board in room. I told the clerk at checkout and she was not interested in my feedback

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and stocked.

Booked for the pool for our kids to enjoy, but when we arrived there was a sign that the pool and hot tub were closed. The shower doors in our room wouldn't stay closed. We had to wedge a wash cloth in between the sliding doors to keep closed.

Close to family we were visiting for Christmas

Housekeeping didnt clean he room thoroughly and items from previous guests were left behind.

The staff was wonderful and the room was exceptionally clean. The cleanest hotel room we have ever stayed in! The decor and atmosphere of the hotel was very calming and relaxing. It felt like we were in our own home and not a hotel.

Due to COVID-19 you needed to make reservations for the pool. We were unable to get a time slot the 2 days we were there so that was disappointing. Next time I would pick a time and reserve right when checking in.

The reason I got the hotel was for my twins birthday to swim. After swimming and taking a break they starting itching and had red bumps all over I went to the front desk and all she said was they have a salt water pool and they must be allergic.

Clean comfortable bed.

Could not shut the curtains all the way. Needed sleep snd it would have nice to sleep in.

Location. Helpful and friendly staff. We have stayed at this hotel a half a dozen times when we are in the area for family.

There was cat? food on the floor behind a pull out bench.We contacted the front desk and the gentleman came right up and vacuumed the mess up. At one point the gentleman was on his hands and knees making sure he got all of the mess.Our room was comp'd.

The cleanliness and the beds. We felt spoiled.

It could of had more warm breakfast options and to be able to run the fan on always with the htg/cooling instead of auto.

It was very new and clean.

Breakfast was OK. The shower doors kept opening. Oh and I was also double charged by the hotel...when I called to fix it, she fixed it but not a single apology.

Staff was excellent from check in to check out! Breakfast was very good and we felt very happy with our stay.
