The staff was super friendly.Hotel employee were the absolutely the best! Room was clean and comfortable.

Ridiculous rate for the hotel that’s under construction. My bathroom was out of shampoo and soap. The bed was terrible and squeaked when you just sat on it.

Smelled perfect, modern, and love the Container Store partnership. Was a wonderful bed, and cooking facility was great.

Very welcoming. Love how accepting they are of our dog. Very few hotels are like this. We come to see family in the area and this makes so easy to come and not worry about having our dog come with us. And housekeeping remembers us!! Great place.

Outside areas

The fire alarms went off at 3 am. My daughter that has high anxiety could not sleep after that. There were eaten and uneaten sunflower seeds on the floor of the room and a large crack in the wall. I asked for a refund but they said I¿d have to call you.

The room was very well designed and organized. It even has small kitchen. Stuff were very nice, and looked happy working. I would definitely stay here if I have a chance.

YouTube app didn't work.They told me to watch regular TV, The staff said that they weren't IT and couldn't help me.Tried to watch TV and there was a storm and the TV wasn't working either.They said they had new tvs on order.I thought it was crazy that I couldn't use my phone to connect to the TV to watch YouTube.

The location is perfect for visiting family. We like Morning Story restaurant, which happens to be located in the adjoining strip mall. There is also a Starbucks and Domino's. Cleanliness is excellent with great a/c and very comfortable beds.

No complaints. I did notice that many of the towels are already thin and fraying and hope to see them replaced at my next visit. I would also like to see grab bars installed in the shower for safety. I did not have breakfast on this stay but recall it being fine on previous visits.

Had a gym, pool, breakfast and nicely located.

The bed was the worst I've ever had at a Marriott. The mattress didn't even hold the sheets or pad on the bed. They'd come off every night from the corners and end up rolling to the middle of the mattress. The mattress had 4 to 6 inch dips throughout. Very uncomfortable!!

Room was clean and had kitchen utensils a fridge, cook top etc. Staff was excellent and friendly, and the breakfast was yummy. Hot coffee and tea was available 24 hrs a day. My son and his family live in Iowa and this hotel is 5 minutes from their home. Very convenient location.

The floor would have been softer than the bed. Hard as rock. The pull out sofa was worse. Would never stay again based on that.

This was the perfect location for visiting a friend in Marion. The room was spacious and included a very comfortable bed and couch. The kitchen had a refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, coffee machine and all dishes you would need to cook if you so chose.
