Booked king size bed and got a queen. Not happy about it. The room was very small

Beautiful, clean, quiet. Very friendly staff. Beautiful rooms. Perfect for our 3 night stay.

Breakfast was alright

No heat in room! Tv commutation box was and is kept on top of room lamp, hope it doesn't melt and start fire !!!!!

filthy! rooms are in terrible shape, stains on sheets, flooring disgusting, hair in shower, walls tore up and the room smelled. fridge was filthy as well. absolutely awful for the price.

Bed comfort was fine.

Barking dog in the room across the hall on continuous bark-Are you kidding me. Neither of the desk attendants stood up to greet me during check in¿seriously stand up. had the morning attendant asked me how my stay was I would have told her about the dog.

The hotel was being renovated and our room had been renovated and was on the 3rd floor. They had a elevator and the breakfast was good.

The staff were great. Room was comfortable. Coffee was excellent, maybe because the dispenser bag for the concentrate was just installed.

Would like more trees, bushes or natural areas and less mowed grass around the outside.

Close to where I needed to be.

They were renovating lobby so had to put up with noise and a mess. The room badly needed renovation also. They should have lowered the price until renovation is done.

Check in went quickly.

The room was clean but very worn. Shower head needs replacing as water sprayed very where.

Toilet leaked and water ran all night long! Did not get any sleep! It was the worst experience I have ever had!

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Their concern was that we enjoyed our stay.

The rooms need repair. The TVs are old, the paint is peeling, and the electrical outlets are all very loose.

Wished there would have been in room coffee pot and the breakfast would have started sooner

Location to our event was good.

Air conditioning kept the air damp. Could not dry wet clothes after two days of hanging. We had NO soap in our room for the entire 4 days. We were told they were out. Front desk man was rude and unfriendly. Toilets were high volume weak flushers .

Staff is great, good location and value

Last time I stayed in a single room and it was in great shape. This time I stayed in a double and it was falling apart. Room seemed clean, but lots of stains, chipped and cracked tile, toilet seat loose, patched drywall but not repainted. Lots more.

Cleanliness. Comfortable bed.

The window seat isn¿t the same as a comfortable chair. Please consider adding some non-slip features to the bathtubs.

Towels are old and stained.

The only redeeming factor about this hotel was that there was a microwave and mini fridge in the room. But no coffeemaker. Go figure.

Despite mask requirements I was the only guest I saw wearing a mask. On Thursday & Friday the people at the front desk were masked. On Saturday and Sunday they were not. This is unacceptable. There were other small things also but this to me was major.
