Staff was very nice

No elevator, dirty towels (like, makeup residue from a precious guest), toilet was leaking water onto bathroom floor

Close to the interstate

they are in the middle of remodeling and was in a mess but i think when done it will look much better

The convenient location.

The hotel was disgusting. The room was dirty, the towels were stained, the bed had a crater size dip in it, the towel bar was broken off, the ceiling tiles were stained. My mother in laws room had stained sheets. The "continental breakfast " was pathetic.

Our room had ants all over the sink and bathroom. The room and sheets smelled very musty. The furniture was broken and very worn

This hotel is like one built in the 80's and never remodeled. Very dated and worn. It was hard to get checked in. I saw lots of 5 stars on this hotel and have no idea how anyone could give it more than a low 3 or 2.

I was recovering from a recent hospital stay at my heart hospital in Des Moines. 3 days into my my recovery period. I slept well, in a very pleasent, warm, quite, and very restful room. I recognize class. A complement to Graceland and The Temple. WaLa.

Hotel was very clean and staff helpful. Good location, I will definitely stay here again.

Newly updated, new carpet, sink and faucet, shower in good condition. The bed was comfortable. Nice small dog park close by. Definitely stay again!

Price.

Walls are thin, brung your earplugs. Skip the breakfast sandwiches but go for the pancakes.

The staff was great. Very clean rooms that are basic but have all you need for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was well done. We will definitely stay again.

I woke up to a room full of ants.my card was charged without my consent .the owner was very disrespectful and rude.used profanity and I found drugs in the room as well

It was very modern, clean, quiet and great breakfast. The young lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Great location.

It seemed like the room had been flooded or something. The mildew smell was almost unbearable.

Easy to find off the Interstate.

Room was musty smelling. Sink had broken porcelain/rust in the bowl. The bathtub grip bar broke when I attempted to get out of the tub. the linoleum was rusty and cracked in front of the stool. Did not eat here. Food looked old - not appetizing.

It had beds. Not the most comfortable, but okay. It was close to Lamoni and could travel to the events I needed to attend with minimal hassle.

The staff merely performed duties. No social skills, Wearing pajamas at check-out & almost total non-verbal check-in were bad, but leaking faucets & constant dripping made sleep a challenge. Their solution: a washrag!

Both bed had sunken in nearthe nightstand side. Horribly uncomfortable

Mattress left a little to be desired.
