Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Jefferson

Location, this is the reason I selected I would recommend this hotel. I would recommend it for the Jefferson, IA, area.

Key didn't work to get into the pool area so we had to either find a staff member or knock on the door if someone was inside.

Thr room was so clean! That is hard to find these days!

At check there was about 5 people standing at the desk and no one addressed us. After about 5 minutes and a few shouts to the laundry room a gal came out to checked us in....no Hi or How are you today, just a Whats your name. 

The Staff is always friendly, and everything is very clean. The breakfast are is very nice and the food has always been delicious.

Comfortable and clean. Great handicapped amenities.

I think the price was a little too high.

I reserved and paid for a king executive non smoking. I was very u0set. They put us in a small twin bed smoking room. We don't smoke. I complained to the staff and was told they couldn't do anything. I want my money refunded in full.

Price was very high. I asked if that was the normal weekend rate and was told yes but now I see it's considerably less when there is not a concert there

Nice accommodations for a pet friendly location. Location of our room was very convenient to exit and parking with our pets in mind.

Booked a two day stay. Key card was deactivated after day one, no explanation, no apology. Only serviced room with clean towels and empty trash - bed was not made (no personal items were left on the bed) floor not vacuumed, surfaces not wiped down.

I had Max's out my debit card for the day, so they held it till midnight and ran the charge then. Very helpful!

They did not warn me about the extra charge for my dog. It was not the price I agreed too.

I am physically challenged and the room and tub were perfect! The pool and hot-jet jacuzzi were a dream come true! Every bit as good as the facility in the National Rehabilitation Hospital in DC. I need to travel to Jefferson on occasion and will RETURN!

This is a newer facility so was in great condition. The entire staff was very friendly and accomodating

There were no curtains to keep the east sunrise from shinning in. Could not sleep in. Other than that great Hotel.

The hotel and our room were well maintained and comfortable.

Poor service said pool was closed yet it was available for use.

The location was good.

The booking listing shows there is a hot tub in the pool facility. They have covered the hot tub and there is no longer one there.The breakfast was less than par. Eggs tasted like chalk. There was no other meat options, but the pork in the biscuits and gravy. The orange juice tasted like water. The coffee in the breakfast area was cold as well as the coffee by the front desk. The complementary cookies they advertised in the front office were never refilled.At 5 AM we tried to shower and there was no hot water when informing the front desk. We were never apologized to just told they would tell a manager and we were hung up on. We did not have hot water until after 8 o’clock. There was also no mention of the fitness center being closed for repairs during this time, and we only found out when we went downstairs to use it.
