Hotel Pommier Indianola

Location

It has very high stars but I?m not 100% sure why. It wasn?t overly dirty but the bed had stains on the top sheet and didn?t feel crazy clean. Hair in the sink/shower. It wasn?t terrible, but I?m not sure how it has a 9/10 rank.

The personnel and cleanliness were excellent. The location was extremely close to the event I was in Iowa to attend.

The breakfast was borderline miserable. Not enough of the essentials (butter) or choice in this free continental breakfast'

It was very clean. The room was large. The beds were comfy. Near restaurants, parks, shopping.

Trying to get out although not the fault of the hotel. It was a matter of timing because it is on a busy road

Clean, spacious room. Friendly staff. Close to a nice small restaurant and bar. Some folks will appreciate the ping pong table.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was given the reasonable price. It is designed beautifully. The free breakfast was wonderful. My family all gathered and we were able to use the outdoor deck to socialize. We really appreciated that!

The driveway used to be an entrance and a separate exit driveway no only one and off of a major highway have to slow down to enter especially if a car is exiting

Remodeled property so everything was new.

Staff and cleanliness

Smooth online reservation. We were warmly greeted upon arrival. Every interaction we had with a staff member was exceptional. Our room was very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. Not sure where you would find a more welcoming hotel with pool, game room, workout facility, complimentary breakfast, and laundry facility for the price. Its location is easy on/off highway 65.

Our stay was a bit rushed, so unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy the pool and/or workout room.From my experience, I can't think of one thing where this place falls short.Five stars for Hotel Pommier!

It was close to where i needed to be for a funeral for my cousin who suddenly passed and close to food and a walmart

1st. After checking in i left to go to my cousins funeral. I was only gone for about 2 hrs . I took pictures of my bag my charging cord and the tv remote before i left cause i was robbed before at a hotel. When i returned i noticed my stuff wasnt left the way i left it. Someone was in my room. 2nd a room that they tried to give me the tub had patched holes and it was poorly fixed and the tub had a dirt black ring around it. And there was trash left in the bathroom. The other room they gave me was a little better but still dirty.

Location was perfect and close to Simpson College fir my son’s basketball tournament.

Gym was small and in an odd area behind check in not enclosed

Close to food, Simpson College,and stores.

Customer service , location as well the room was clean and conformable.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. No complaints about anything.

The location was good and it was very clean.

The bed was terribly uncomfortable. Woke up with a horrible back ache. When you sat on the edge it would make a sound like a warped piece of sheet metal was under the mattress.

Modern method to enter the building & room; clean; quiet; very pleasant staff; enough digital plugs for mult devices; toiletries provided.

For what are needs were for one night stay cannot come up with anything.

Three-night stay in first floor room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was adequate but unremarkable. I wish management would understand the importance of first impressions at check in. This is my third stay at this hotel and each time the receptionist has been efficient but unwelcoming.

Rooms could use updating. On the pricey side.

McDonald’s picked up garbage at 5:45ish in morning and ran truck and dumpster stuff for 20 minutes waking us up

Very convenient location. Nice rooms & good beds.
