- Desk clerk double charged me for the room that I am trying to straighten out.

- The tv did not work and the help at the front desk tried to fix the problem but could not and took the remote with him, could not speak English to communicate the problem. I stepped on a tack strip under the carpet. Not a comfortable stay.
