found hair in bathroom by sink, the toilet ran all night, the air kept room cool but not cold, no free movie channels

The hotel has recently gone through some remodeling and I think the room looked nice and was well-kept. I liked the style and it was very clean. I interacted with several hotel staff members who were very pleasant and helpful. Great free breakfast too!

There isn't an elevator so if you have difficulty using stairs, I would recommend calling the hotel after booking your reservation to ensure you get a room on the ground floor.

The website and photos showed a hot tub. They no longer have the hot tub.

I travel to Fort Dodge every month for my consulting job. I always stay at this lovely hotel. Although it is small, it has great staff, always clean, good breakfast, great cookies & coffee! There are other hotels in this same area, but they do not compare

Staff was rude and not helpful, pool was closed, remodeling so dusty and loud.

They were very accommodating allowed our large family from different states to utilize the breakfast room to visit .

I feel the hall carpet could be updated and there could be more options at breakfast for special dietary needs Ie. Almond milk to be used for oatmeal or creamer for coffee.

Very nice young lady at check in asking if I would prefer ground floor verses climbing stairs. I appreciated her asking me if I needed to switch.

This is my favorite hotel in the area (our daughter is in college here). Always clean and quiet. Breakfast is delicious!

Unfortunately, the hotel is next to a dog park, so if your room is at the far end from the hotel desk, you may hear dogs in the park.

I don't appreciate them taking it upon themselves to charge my debit card for a room I had reserved and already paid for online. They have t returned my phone call about the matter nor paid me back what they owe me

The staff is the best part of this hotel! They are very friendly and helpful. Love that the rooms have refrigerators and microwaves. There is a great pool for kids and breakfast every morning.

This hotel is dirty and dingy. It needs new carpet or it desperately needs to be cleaned. The carpet in our room was filthy. Everything needs paint. Raddison Hotels have gone downhill, they¿re now owned by the government of Communist China!

Price staff and location

There was no shower curtain, there was grime everywhere in the shower , they need to upgrade sheets and bedding.

The breakfast was good, and the room was clean.

The toilet was a round toilet with an elongated seat on it that stuck out over the edge. When I flushed the toilet, it wouldn't stop running. I had to lift the top off the tank and pull up the float for it to stop running.

The staff is friendly

We were originally in room 104. We asked to be moved due to a strong mold/mildew spell. We were moved to 103. It was equally as bad.

Location was great.

It didn¿t have a chair, mini refrigerator or microwave in the room. The night stand between the beds didn¿t look clean¿ had smudges of something on it. Breakfast items were very limited.
