It was a nice room

The misinformation about the shuttle. A shuttle was advertised and upon check in we were inforned you cannot leave your car there. I have never heard of such a thing. I certainly would have not stayed here had I known this. And this is not advertised.

The quiet, the friendly staff.

Breakfast because there is very poor flow and the refill of the buffet was inadequate.

I got the room for 1 night for my fiance'. She stayed in the room from 10:30pm through 2pm the next afternoon. She didn't get any sleep as the temp would not work. She had 0 heat from 10:30pm-5:30am. She used an extra blanket. Need Refund in full.!!

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly.

The hotel room was not as roomy as the pictures online made it appear to be. But it was still big enough for us and the convenience of the kitchenette was great.

This hotel is really nice and the front desk staff is super friendly and nice. The best part was the bedrooms had ceiling fans which made relaxing comfortable

This hotel is really loud. I was traveling by myself with two children and we had people jumping and shaking our entire room. For an optimal stay, I would ask for the 4th floor. There are also unsupervised kids everywhere. This is not the hotels fault

The people working there! From check in to the Wednesday happy hour and daily breakfast, everyone working there was so nice.

Mattress was on the harder side. Not the most comfortable thing to sleep on but the pillows made up for it.

It was very clean and fresh. I didn¿t have any worries about bed bugs or walking barefoot in my room. It helped me relax a lot more.

The pool was sweltering inside. It felt like there was no ventilation. And it would have been nice to have some pool noodles or floatation devices. My niece isn¿t a super strong swimmer and she would have liked something to hold onto.

Quality, and location as well as price.

Hard to get out of the parking lot, a bit inaccessible. Also, much farther from I-80 than I expected but that's on me. Convenient for airport. Would love to see more gluten free options on the continental breakfast. Beware of no hot tub but good pool.

Upstairs is very loud and you can hear people walking at all hours. Fitted sheet was too small for bed and kept coming off.

I chose this hotel because it said it has free shuttle. They didn't have shuttle and they told me they will get a yellow cab for me. They told me they are on time but the yellow cab came late and I missed my flight.

Good location close--but not too close--to the airport. Easy to get to/from airport via shuttle or taxi/Uber; hotel offers voucher to drivers, so it's free for guests. Nice hotel/lobby/rooms; feels new.

This is an excellent hotel. Located near the Des Moines airport one is treated to attractive suites with everything new and in working order. The bed, the bath, the kitchen, all were very nice. The pool and internet services and breakfast were top notch.
