Great view. Lobby was clean, classy, and inviting

$15 charge for wi-fi, $21 for breakfast buffet that was basically same as any hotel that offers free continental brkfst., $40 valet parking, bed was saggy and uneven due to mattress being worn down on one side

Location, hotel quality, the ambience upon the entry, and the morning breakfast at the Grill

Coffee at the restaurant was too delicious thus I drank more than I would normally.

Phenomenal concierge & valet staff. Can't say enough about them.

Wasn't aware it was valet parking prior to arrival. It worked out fine and I understand why it was due to it being downtown and all, but didn't expect the additional expense.

Clean, quiet and ceramic tile floor in rooms. Wonderful pool.

The staff was attentive and very helpful. We arrived very late, and the staff greeted us like it was 4 in the afternoon. They assisted us with our bags, and made sure we found parking.

Room and pool smells bad, fridge and lamps not plugged in when we arrived. A/C wasn?t on either. Breakfast had limited options. No protein choices.

Everything about this stay was excellent. Every staff member was attentive and we got wonderful upgrades with our Bonvoy level.

the shape of the hotel means none of the rooms are not far from the elevator. the hotel "store" is always open.

the bathroom door (a "barn door" style.) why? it's heavy but doesn't block sounds or light and you have to stick your finger into the handle to open from the inside (like a pocket door). ridiculous. very pricy for what it is.

Staff was very pleasant. The lounge waitress was wonderful. Location was handy for us to where we needed to be.

Valet parking fee was ridiculous. We parked a block down the street in a ramp and our total charge was less than 1/4 of what the hotel valet would have charged me. Beds were not very comfortable. Hot water not available from 8am-4pm.

Speedy check-in process. The bell hops and parking attendants were THE BEST, and the drinks at the bar actually had a decent amount of alcohol in them. Comfy room. A perfect end to the day after many hours of driving.

Everything was excellent. Professional staff. Top notch upkeep and cleanliness.

I wish the hotel would work out a simple deal with the adjacent garage. I don't mind paying to park there, but they didn't allow in and out privileges. And the valet garage is a smidge too pricey ($35).

Cost of parking, however, we parked at the lot one block over for a couple dollars since we were in and out a lot and parking is free from 9PM-9AM, and free on Sundays. There was a funny smell coming from the bathroom sink. Everything else was great!

Beautifully remodeled. Large centrally located lounge with plenty of seating. Great downtown location. Efficient valet service.

Valet parking with in/out was $35 a night. It was unclear where the more economical lot was located, which was $1 per hour and free after 9pm.

Excellent location in downtown, clean room ready when we arrived. All needed items available on demand as needed. Perfect for a two person stay for 3 nights.

Couple of things: - Streaming apps on TV didnt work. Live TV worked fine. - There was a car alarm kept going off all night (1 night). It was directly on the street of the hotel, so not technically a hotel issue, but it bothered hotel residents till 5am.
