Pros +
- The hotel was gorgeous, and the rooms were great. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and immediately moved us to a new room when we had an issue with our shower leaking.
- The hotel is beautiful! The bars and restaurants are gorgeous, but EXTREMELY pricey.
- The bedding was luxurious and comfortable. Hotel was upscale and swanky.
Cons -
- HobNob was a restaurant inside the hotel. The food was not good. We ate breakfast and dessert, and it was all bad and very overpriced.
- The rooms are fairly average and were not as nice as expected. The toilet clogged with normal use. The hotel does not offer a pool or gym and they charge $7 for a bottle of water in your room. I was not impressed by anything outside of the architecture.
- On the second day, they took our dirty towel set, but only left one replacement set for two people.
