    Cons -

    • -room not actually clean (stains on bed , dusty furniture, floor in bathroom not swept or mopped) -we paid 40$ for breakfast which was a buffet, food was cold and stale, microwaved eggs -rude staff -we were given the wrong room booked king bed, got 2 db
    • Unable to get a decent cup of coffee, they were renovating the coffee shop and bar.
    • Furniture was a bit old and signs of wear and tear all around. Did not have a microwave in the room

The decor was nice. Bed was comfortable, room was clean.

Small bathrooms and the surrounding area outside the hotel was a little sketchy

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-23-2024

Just a quick overnight stay. Easy location to get to airport for early morning flight. Convenient parking. Spacious room. Courteous employee.

    No complaints

    10LauraPosted on: 4-6-2024

The staff was really nice and the room was very clean and mostly spacious.

The bathroom wasn't very big and they didn't have free parking or any toothbrushes or toothpaste for sale in the lobby store.

Beautiful old hotel that is just perfect. Staff was accommodating and friendly.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 9-11-2023

It is well maintained for an older building with nice appointments. The serving staff in the evening and morning of were very welcoming, efficient and helpful. We came for the downtown Farmers Market so the location was excellent. We would stay again.

Finding the hotel was a little challenging until we figured out the street names and one ways. Then we were okay.

Nice staff, very clean and great location!

    1PamelaPosted on: 5-18-2023

    The bed was comfortable.

Almost nothing in this hotel worked properly. The hard wired smoke alarm began beeping at 4am but we could not call the desk as the phone did not work. The room keys did not work, the bathtub was filthy, the pool was not working nor were the restaurants.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 1-8-2023

Convenient, Heavenly Bed. Bathroom and entire room was extremely clean. Loved separate lounge area and walk in closet. However did not use walk in closet. Food from bar was Excellent. Overall great hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

Bathroom was quite small but manageable. No pool or hot tub.

Historic building, spacious room, good location. Parking rate is reasonable, but there is also on street parking as well.

Wifi isn't free unless you are a Marriott Bonvoy member. I had issues getting my computer to connect to the wifi, and had to get technical assistance

Incredibly helpful and courteous staff. I loved the charm of this property, even with more modern renovations.

Not a big fan of having to pay for parking and the continental breakfast was overpriced.

Very clean and location was great

    Bathrooms are super small

    location was great for us.

The room was very small. we over looked a parking garage and had to keep the blinds closed most of the time because of people looking in! They switched our room from a double to a single and clamed no other was available. The clerk that checked us nasty

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-5-2022

The location was amazing and right in downtown. The free shuttle service was also a plus and the staff was super friendly

cool lobby, friendly staff, clean rooms

    small room, no view

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-15-2022

Clean. Staff was great. Location was perfect for the event I attended.

Had to pay for public parking in parking garage. Luckily connected by a skywalk. Room did not have a mini fridge nor a microwave. That seems pretty standard these days. I also had to pay for internet despite being rewards member.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-13-2022

Comfy beds and great location with great restaurants/entertainment nearby!

Loved the room. Especially having 3 designated areas for sleeping, resting, and bathroom. But it did seem just a tad crowded, but not enough that I wouldn't stay again!

    9NicholasPosted on: 4-12-2022

Extra-friendly staff that was super helpful. The location was perfect. The parking in the adjacent garage was pretty easy, too.

The only thing we didn't like about this hotel was how teeny tiny the bathroom was. It was difficult to use.
