Hampton Inn Des Moines-Airport

Its was convenient, the gal who checked us in and took care of us during our stay was phenomenal!

The room was musty smelling and had no ventilation in the bathroom. Also, and this is just a wish, but with only an outdoor pool if it had a heater for evening or cold weather swimming or maybe installing a hot tub would go a long way.

It was clean, loated near the airport, had a good breakfast, and the few staff we encountered were pleasant.

The elevator door did not operate as normal and scared me a bit. would not open all the way and was very slow.

Tub was dirty, walls were muddy, floor needed swept, tv came on by itself and scrolled the guide by itself, couldn?t watch anything. I am down for a good party in the hallways but not at 1:30 in the morning.

I always stay at this hotel when flying out from Des Moines. Staff is exceptional.

Power plugs for recharging phones, laptops and notebooks placed in the base of light fixtures did not work but there was a work around by unpacking my cords.

Large rooms. Great breakfast and dining area. Friendly and fun bar on property.

Mold in restroom. Been there a while. Some spots noticed on bed sheets.

Close proximity to airport with shuttle service. Very clean and excellent friendly staff.

Please just mark the two bathrooms on first floor near pool as ¿unisex¿ or something. There is no need gender these single toilet bathrooms and keep someone waiting on one at a time.

The AC-on and off all night.

The shower and bath did not work correctly. It smelled like smoke and old people. It was sketchy whether the sheets and blankets were clean. I never would¿ve stayed there if we didn¿t show up so late and there was basically nowhere else we could go. ¿Â

Use this motel frequently when flying out of des moines.

A repair job in the bathroom shower should be attended to immediatly.

Location near airport, rooms provide ample space, transportation to and from airport as well as other nearby locations. Friendly front desk staff.

Very outdated hotel for the price of the room, doorways are narrow when packing things in, thin walls can hear everything. Room was outdated, bed was like sleeping on the floor, lobby was loud, parking spots small sure to get door dings

Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean. Nice breakfast ready early so we could eat by 6:00 a.m. before leaving for the airport. Shuttle on time. Ours was a great experience. Would stay here again!
