I loved seeing many families having fun in the common area with the pool and playing cards and being together.

The front desk staff at all hours were amazing! My room was very clean, the amenities at this hotel made it so I didn’t even have to leave for two days. All in all though, it was the front desk staff that really made my stay enjoyable!

The hot tub could have been hotter and I would have liked adult only times.

Yes we got there Sunday and the bar was closed the restaurant was closed the hot tub was closed. Never stay there again

The location to the airport

They gave our room that we booked to someone else. We paid for a poolside room and they gave us a different room not even close to the pool. Also we requested a king size bed and got a room with 2 queens. We only stayed one night and got charged for 2.

After elevator to 2nd floor, still had door and steps to navigate with luggage. Parking lot full when arrived. Toilet in room overflowed with a simple flush without using it first. Blinds did not close with outside parking light shining into room.

Bed bugs, hub canopy looked like it had mold, pool and hot tub was filthy, stood in line to check in for over 10 min. Not a good experience and especially bed bug situation!!

Location Reputation

Tub had a ring of rust around the drain. Bed was almost too soft for comfort Room was too warm - set it at 70 upon arrival. Upon returning later - showed 70 but was warm and stuffy. Did not report r/t being tolerable and 1 noc.

Nice hotel and a very friendly staff. The hotel is a little old looking. The pool is very nice. But the hot tub was very old and the jets were really low and spaced far apart.

Offering a choice of room location. Answer all question. Willingness to serve.

Location was great, super easy to use the shuttle and get to the airport.

Restaurant was closed for the July 4th holiday, so there was no continental breakfast available. That should have been posted on the website so we could have made other arrangements or chosen a different hotel as that was one reason we selected this hotel

They charged me two different amounts on two different occasions and I had to call multiple times to get the charges credited back into my account. Will not stay there again.

The hotel is under construction. Our room was adjacent to the renovations. My daughter had significant allergy/asthma attack. We left a full day early and stayed out of the hotel as much as possible. This was a college tour trip and expected to be fun

It would be nice to know the hotel is under construction before booking the reservation. I would have opted to select specific hotel that was not renovating.

Convention was in the hotel.

There was hay in the bed, the phone did not work and staff was is trash talking convention attendees in the hallway.

Pillows, bedding and plenty of towels. Staff were accommodating.

The room we checked into the A/C wasn¿t working so set the thermostat lower and left. Returning it still wasn¿t working and with August heat. Had to move floors with my 78 year old mother. The blackout drapes don¿t fully shut so it woke me up early.

This was like our third hotel that we finally checked into and man it was clean it was comfortable kid friendly me and my family will return when in Des Moines again

Excellent location, great layout. I wish, I could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool... definitely satisfied.

The hotel was nice, maybe the night desk clerk could be a little friendlier. Other than that great experience.

Whe checking in staff was more then happy to help get us checked in and answer the questions about how or the best way to get to airport..Rooms were very nice and comfortable Will stay again and suggest others to stay also

We had a great stay. This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. I live local, so I’ve never had a reason to be inside. We stayed here in a snowstorm, because we had an early morning flight. Staff were wonderful. They had a shuttle that was very fast!!
