- The amenities are great! The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is the best I have seen at a hotel.

- I think it has been the best breakfast of any hotel I have been to here in Des Moines. The room was way beyond what I expected. It was almost more like a suite with a living room with a couch, fridge and TV.
Cons -
- Nothing!
- There was a roach in our room
- It is a ways out of the way for getting to any restaurant or entertainment.
