Very modern with high end room details.

Advertised happy hour but charged me $22 for a glass of wine and diet coke.

Noisy neighboring rooms. High school teams on our floor and noisy all through the night.

Location and resturant

I wasn't sure the sheets had been changed on the bed - toooooo tried to call down and ask for fresh sheets. Second day - I did have fresh sheets.

Very clean, felt safe in an unfamiliar city. Staff were very friendly!

Not enough parking for being Downtown Des Moines. Had to park on the street. Also did not that breakfast wasn't included in the room.

Convenient location and easy access to parking.

$28 for parking is a little excessive considering you park yourself.

Very comfortable bed. Location is safe and clean.

High parking fee; skyway connected city garage is a few minutes walk but only has access 6am to 10pm.

Great location for events and shopping. The hotel lobby was great, the rooms were fantastic. I want to stay here again.

Next door to venue we were attending. Parking could be better but was not bad for downtown only a block away

It was in the perfect location for what we were in town for. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel is always a great place to stay while we are in Des Moines. Staff is always helpful and considerate, the room is always clean and comfortable. Only place to stay in Des Moines!

Friendly staff.

I did not like that you offer bottled water to patrons when the water from the tap is perfectly fine. Bottled water has thousands upon thousands of nano- and microplastics and is a scourge upon the environment.

Clean and spacious

The waiter at the breakfast in the hotel was horrible and all we asked for was coffee. Then it was served with no creamer.

The only problem we had with the stay was with the restaurant. I do not advise eating there at all. Food was burnt and lacking for the price charged.

Staff could be a little more friendly. Housekeeping was great though. Bartenders in lobby were not friendly at all almost to the point of rude. Evening bartender was rude! I¿d go elsewhere for apps and a drink. Pool was very nice!

Closeness to venue

Not good place to park to check in staff were very stressed because people were blocking traffics . Drink prices were way too high. 100.21 for four drinks and they don¿t even wait on you.

Nice hotel, clean and well.kept. very pleased ...

To be very picky, parking was a bit of an inconvenience.
