- Cleanliness - never been in a hotel so clean. Staff was excellent and very helpful.

- The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. The kitchenette was handy. Our ice maker was broken and when we reported it, the response was very quick
Cons -
- No housekeeping , lazy people at front desk, kitchens in a room have no plates no silverware no cups - everything is $ extra. Found long hair in towels. Disappointed!
- Wish I¿d known ahead of time there were no dishes, cookware or utensils but I managed.
- No breakfast as advertised
