The hotel was disgusting and I didn?t stay. I had to check out immediately after getting to the room. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was an issue. There was brown marks all over the walls of the elevator. The whole place smelled like mildew.

Rude management...Hung up twice on us when we lodged a complaint. The A/C couldn't cool down the room. Two hour wait to get someone to fix the TV. No lobby, no breakfast, no refunds or adjustments. Non working phone. None working stovetop. Under staffed.
