- Friendliness of staff
- There was no phone in the room. Someone brought one up when I used my cell to let them know I'd need a phone for the wakeup call, but no phone cord was there or provided. There were live wires hanging from the ceiling, the bathroom doorknob broke
- Friendly staff.
Cons -
- Literally hated everything except the delightful woman who checked us in.
- First room did not have a functioning TV or chair. There was no hot water, only freezing water. The front desk spent 30 minutes to change my room, which also did not have any hot water, only freezing water.
- The breakfast was so bad they just have cold jimmy John's sandwiches, the room next to mine had a party and we call front desk and didn't do anything they stop almost at 5 am when we call the cops
