- I was racially profiled.. customer service was horrible.. I was charged twice for 1 room.. they didn?t want refund 1 of my payment back until I checked out.. which I had paid deposit and had credit card on file.. room was dirty. lien was dirty and stained
- Our first room wasn?t even clean and the couch was sitting right next to the bed, not where it belonged. The 2nd room didn?t even have a smoke detector.
