The room was large and clean. The staff is attentive but not nosy.

The only problem we had was that our in room refrigerator froze some of our items.

Convenient location

The Breakfast was substandard. Cold hard biscuits and sausage gravy every morning. An upgrade and variety of meatless options would have helped. More fresh fruit, eggs, and potatoes.

Location and the desk staff was very helpful and nice. The room was good for the star ratings given and suited our needs.

The outside door that was supposed to be locked and you were to use your key card to enter was not locked, and left open for anyone access to our wing of this hotel. The kitchen staff member late getting food out by 6:00 AM and Sausage and Gravy cold.

The lady that checked us in was great The room was in need of an update but it seemed clean. Breakfast was pretty basic, but good.

Mattress needs replaced... but it was actually better than the super expensive resort we had just spent 2 nights at, so it definitely could have been worse. There was a weird odor in the hallways.

Unlike other places on this trip, the air was on when I went into the room and the room was nice and cool. With 95 degree heat that was very refreshing. The lady who checked me in was top notch.

Manager was a sweetheart

Hard pillows, they were having the outside painted, so a lot of the parking was blocked off. Could have pulled out of there at days end instead of leaving all there trucks there taking up all the parking.

Friendly. Dogs allowed. Comfy bed. Will definitely be going there again.

It was easy to get to. Location right across from the hospital. Restaurants close.

The room was very clean, pool was nice and slightly heated, staff was great, shower was hot, rooms were quiet and you can't beat the price. We will definitely be back!

The hot tub was out of order and the free breakfast Monday morning was lacking a bit, but we assumed maybe they don't do a full spread on weekdays.
