Walking in it looked amazing
Nice large room, location was within a mile of several great stores.
The pool area was nice.

Cons -

In the process of a remodel obviously, doors where not sturdy at all. Pictures showed a hot tub and when we got there it is no longer available
Charges extra for pets without telling you pets cost extra!
The room smelled. No alarm clock or do not disturb sign in room. Couldn't get on wifi in room. Definitely not a 3 star hotel.

This hotel is completely substandard in terms of appearance and cleanliness, and the staff is incompetent. Upon check-in, I was given a key that opened an OCCUPIED room. Both the occupant and myself were shocked.
